Calling all College employees! Please join us on Wednesday, Sept. 13, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for a hybrid presentation to review the results of the 2023 Employee Engagement Survey.
After hearing from 63.9 per cent of our employees, it is now time to share the highly anticipated results from the 2023 Engagement Survey launched to all employees earlier this year. Insights such as these make a huge difference in creating opportunities for the positive changes we want to see within our work environment.
President and CEO Claude Brulé will be joined by Diane McCutcheon, Vice President, Human Resources; David Soltis, Director, People and Culture; and our survey partner Zak Rochon from Metrics@Work, to share what we heard reflected in the data and where we go from here as a community in actioning the results.
